Our Offer
Apartment House Jerko offers accommodation in five modernly equipped, air-conditioned apartments. In our apartments we can accommodate up to 20 persons. All apartments have air-condition, SAT/TV and WiFi.Located near famous tourist destinations, easily reachable by car, taxi or bus, yet in quiet surrounding, Apartment House Jerko is perfect solution for yours holidays or business trip.
In our offer we have: two apartments A2+2, two apartments A2+1 and one apartment A3+2. All apartments (except A3+2) are on second floor of the house. Apartment A3+2 has its own entrance and guest can use two terraces.
When arranged, we can organize breakfast, half or full board.
Apartment No.1 - A2+2:
Apartment has kitchen with pull out couch (for two persons), double bedroom, toilette (shower/WC). Apartment has its own way out to a balcony from kitchen and bedroom. It is air-conditioned and it has SAT/TV and WiFi.
Apartment No.2 - A2+2:
Apartment has kitchen and living room with pull out couch (for two persons), double bedroom, toilette (shower/WC). Apartment has its own way out to a balcony from kitchen and bedroom. It is air-conditioned and it has SAT/TV and WiFi.
Apartments No.3 and No.4 - A2+1:
Both apartments have kitchen with pull out couch (for one person). toilette (shower/WC). They both have air-condition and SAT/TV and WiFi. Guest in apartment No.4 can use separate balcony which is also on the second floor.
Apartment No.5:
Apartment has its own entrance, spacious living room with kitchen and pull out couch (for two persons). bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, toilette (shower/WC). It is air-conditioned and it has SAT/TV and WiFi.
Apartment House Jerko is situated in Resnik, 5km away from Trogir center. Trogir has been under UNESCO protection since 1997. Split, capital of Dalmatia is cca. 20km away. Airport Split is 5min away by car.
Together with our partners we can offer you daily trips and excursions to NP Krka, NP Kornati, Rafting, Fish Picnic...
We offer shuttle service from our apartments to Airport Split, Ferry port Split and other transfers upon your requests. Apartment price does not include transfer prices.
Private parking is in front of the house.
